We interviewed many day-of wedding coordinators but nothing compared to the sense of security and ease we felt after our first encounters with Kinga. We knew immediately we had to hire her! She has an abundance of experience with a wide variety of weddings (specifically international. My husband and I both live in the states but have family in Poland). She knew exactly how to navigate every situation and problem that crossed our paths. Our wedding was complicated by some rain and was logistical hard to navigate with buses transporting people from the basilica to our venue. She handled it all with ease and grace- bringing umbrellas for people to use and showing our guests where to get onto the buses. Without Kinga and her helper there that day- our wedding could have easily turned into a disaster but there is truly not one thing that went wrong. You can trust her to navigate and take control of all the last minute details- we were in Poland the week before our wedding and wanted to enjoy that special time with family and friends, not stressing about last minute details and problems that arose. Kinga went out of her way to help us relax and feel at ease-she even came to our cake tasting the week beforehand. Kinga made our night so, so special- she surprised us by putting sparkling candles in our cake which was brought out to the dance floor later on in the night. This was after I merely only mentioned how cool it would be to have something like this- she executed it so perfectly and was an amazing touch to our reception ❤️. Kinga will make you feel like royalty on your wedding day. Stop thinking about it and just hire her already- it will be worth every zloty two times over ☺️
